I am not able to log in into PAM, getting an error on login page ‘User is not registered with PAM’.
Contact your PAM Admin to create your login id (AD ID/i-Auth) in PAM, once your User ID is created in PAM you will be able to log in to PAM Dashboard with your AD ID/i-Auth credentials.
How do I add a user if he/she does not have an AD ID?
Go to PAM Dashboard ⇒ Access Control Manager ⇒ Maintain User ⇒ Create User ⇒ Approve User ⇒ Check mark on i-Auth ⇒ Set Password for user login ⇒ Save Settings. Ask the user to login to PAM Dashboard with the domain as i-Auth.
I am getting an error while logging in into Dashboard, getting an error message ‘Invalid Username/Password’.
Please select proper domain and enter correct credentials. If issue still persists then contact your Server/AD Team or PAM Admin to check your user ID status.
After clicking on Access Control Directory, I am able to connect Iraje PAM Secure Access session but its shows black/white screen.
Go to Dashboard home page, click on Username dropdown then select 'Terminal-Logoff' your Iraje PAM Secure Access session will get logged off. It is a good practice if you logoff Access Control Directory/Access Control Manager/i-Collab session every time after your work is done.
How to log off my Access Control Directory/Access Control Manager/i-Collab sessions?

I am not receiving OTP while clicking on Dashboard Sign In/Access Control Directory/Access Control Manager.
Contact your PAM Admin and verify that your mobile number is properly configured in Access Control Manager.
I am getting an error while clicking on connection in Access Control Directory. Error is: Remote desktop can’t connect to target computer.

While double clicking on connection, I am getting “Password Expiry” warning.
Kindly inform your PAM Admin to perform Change Password on that particular connection or else you can ignore this warning as this is a soft warning from PAM, kindly click on Ok and Continue.
I want to get same access as that of my colleague.
Kindly ask your PAM Admin to use “Reset as” functionality for your ID to get the same privileges as that of your colleague’s ID.
